I had the girls help me make whole wheat bread the other day. We used this as a learning process of how it works. Ashley and Hannah want to cook and help with meals now. I have walked out to the kitchen in the morning and Ashley is trying to help mommy and gather things together on plates for breakfast. She even one morning came and brought me a plate of banana, raisins, muffins, orange juice, AND to top it all, a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the middle of my plate. These are the times when a mommy will cherish this memory forever in her heart. I LOVE my two daughters and I will NEVER think twice about living without children. They are my life, and I am theirs.

Portland Zoo
We went to Portland Zoo two weekends ago with a good friend of mine and her children. The day was nice to start with, sunny and a little cool breeze to it. By the end of the day it poured on us and we ended our day there and drove home. Daddy was gone that weekend on a work project, so we went and had a girls day on Friday. We purchased a year packet for the zoo this year, so we will be there several times this summer and fall. After the zoo, we drove home and I took the girls to Papa's Pizza and let the girls play there. What fun!!
